Pence raises $1 million for PAC at fundraiser: report
That is so weird. Pence is the only sitting VP to create his own PAC. I wonder why?

Vice President Pence raised $1 million for his leadership PAC at a lavish fundraising event on Tuesday, according to CNN.
The event for Pence’s PAC, Great America Committee, reportedly was attended by over 100 lawmakers, including House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

Pence is the only sitting vice president to create his own PAC.
The PAC is expected to raise money for Republican candidates up for reelection in 2018 who also support President Trump.
