Can the Pope excommunicate Scaramucci?

He says he is a Roman Catholic, yet he talks like a pig, is on his second divorce and sired an out-of-wedlock child while still married. That all used to be bad shit for Catholics to do. I am not religious, but this piece of shit seems to be hurting the Catholic brand bigly.
