Why hasn't the data guy Parscale testified yet?

Throughout July there were multiple MSM reports that he had "accepted" an invitation to talk to the committee. So here we are heading into August and we still haven't heard from him.

Given that so much revolves around data/computer/databases, etc...shouldn't he have been in the hot seat already about Project Alamo or are the repubs hoping we will all forget about Project Alamo as the year progresses? Get his ass front/center and broadcast it.
