Assume that Mueller finds 45 guilty yet Congress, as usual, does nothing. It is possible and it has been suggested as a definite possibility on the various cable news shows. Also assume 45 breaks with the unwritten "norms and ethics" and pardons himself, Pence, etc. Do Americans stand up en masse or sit on the sidelines quietly fuming?

I don't think anyone's going to do anything about Trump, per se. But people will probably continue to mobilize over healthcare, nazi freaks, etc
