Kris Kobachs new job: Columnist for Breitbart

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is now a regular columnist on the far-right news site run by President Donald Trump’s former chief strategist.

Kobach, a candidate for Kansas governor who is running on a platform of combating illegal immigration, published his first article for Breitbart.com in June — a piece that tied refugees to terrorism.

He has published six more pieces since then and more are on the horizon. Kobach, who previously hosted a talk radio show in Kansas City, said Breitbart approached him about writing a regular column in June.

“I think Breitbart.com appeals to anyone who is Republican or conservative in any way,” Kobach said after disputing claims that the site caters to white nationalists. “It appeals to a broad spectrum of conservative readers.”

Yep, the same Kris Kobach who wanted all our voting info for Trump's election committee.

Interesting how the grifters, crimimals, and most politically depraved people gravitate towards one another.

I wonder if the writers of the "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" screenplay had this guy in mind when they named the evil traitor ape "Koba?"

...Breitbart is funded by Robert Mercer and his Klan... whom also happen to be the principles behind Cambridge Analytica. I believe that Cambridge Analytica were supplying the underlying "targeting" information to "dancing bear," "fancy bear," and the other Putin cyber terrorist working to put tRump* in the White House. When we're talking about the tRump* coup and putsch, Mercer is the Lord of the Money. He's like the Koch brothers, only scarier.

Yes, who would be better armed and equipped with the specific info to do just that? Let's hope this whole collusion investigation discovers evidence which leads to prosecutions.

Well worth giving both of the wikipedia bios (links above) a read. Scary people. The IRS says Mercer's hedge fund has a $7 billion tax bill due...

Billionaire Robert Mercer did Trump a huge favor. Will he get a payback?

BY SCOTT CHRISTIANSON AND GREG GORDON

WASHINGTON
The Internal Revenue Service is demanding a whopping $7 billion or more in back taxes from the world’s most profitable hedge fund, whose boss’s wealth and cyber savvy helped Donald Trump pole-vault into the White House.

Suddenly, the government’s seven-year pursuit of Renaissance Technologies LLC is blanketed in political intrigue, now that the hedge fund’s reclusive, anti-establishment co-chief executive, Robert Mercer, has morphed into a political force who might be owed a big presidential favor.

Most people have absolutely no idea who these folks are, altho DeVoss's cabinet appointment put them somewhat on the radar.

Their involvement and effectiveness in Brexit was scary and they ain't going anywhere. That's why I'm not into Facebook much.

...The Mercer* Klan was *notoriously* low-key, almost secretive for a number of years. This "presidency" it seems, appears to somewhat be their coming out party.
