Who does not appreciate Our President's steady hand at the helm?

Sometimes we live in troubled times. And today is one of those sometimes. If I even just glance at the news, I hear myself saying out loud, "Boy! This sure is some troubled times!"

Just in case you have not been able to pay attention this week, let me review quickly what is happening

First, the Democrats are destroying the heritage of Our Great Country by wanting to pull down every single statue of John Wilkes Booth, while Republicans now want to save the statues. Remember Booth was the great actor whose career ended when he broke his leg after not using a stunt double for his dramatic exit scene in "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas." Once upon a time, "Whorehouse" enthusiasts erected in towns everywhere statues of Booth. But now what will Our Country come to?

Next Harvey Somebody -- I forget the last name but he's one of the Hurricane hockey team -- took some water to Texas. Of course the media says he took too much. But I think he did the right thing because Our Great Country needs to keep transgender soldiers out of Our Public Bathrooms -- and how can anybody notice this problem if nobody is drinking any water?

Also North Korea did that photobomb thing again. I know you'll agree this is getting to be enough already: I know I do. Isn't it time to kick them all out of Our Great Country? If they won't leave willingly, we can explain our new clear weapons policy to them

But whenever I am thinking about all this big mess, I feel thankful for Our President's steady hand at the helm

Today as we celebrate working, we have his words of wisdom to remind us why so many people have trouble making ends meet

It is really hard for a fifty or sixty year-old to get a minimum wage job when younger people apply. But here is the solution: just deport the younger people. Then everybody else will be able to get a minimum wage job! The only other problem today, of course, is that $15000 a year doesn't go as far as it did a hundred years ago. And that is why we must cut taxes!

So let us thank Our President for always bringing us back to basics!

Thank you for reading this far
