Make sure everybody you know understands this:

the compassionate Mr. Trump, who loves the dreamers, could have just left DACA in place and proposed legislation to Congress replacing it. That is all he had to do. He didn't do it because his base wanted to screw these kids and their families. He had to throw some red meat to his base and he did. Trump loves the dreamers like he loves this country...not at all. And he loves his base like he loves the dreamers....they will reap what they have sown.

That the religious right is the most miserable, hateful, small minded, petty group of people on the planet. They were tricked into worshiping a spiteful, hateful god that will never be pleased. They hold onto grudges for decades, centuries, even a millenia, and they never let go of them. They hate 98% of the population who's not 100% like them. And they will never ever be happy. So why drag us down with them? That's what I don't get.

And that allows the GOP to exist as a coalition of billionaire donors plus voters who vote against their economic interests and for content-free identity issues. And the GOP billionaire donors can use the rightwing media to get those hateful identity politics votes.

That's been the GOP strategy since 1972.

Instead the media repeats his words unchallenged.

TV reporters need to say "He repealed DACA because he wants to appeal to his racist base".

It's very simple. Instead NYT headline is "President Trump revoked a program that shields young unauthorized immigrants from deportation, giving Congress six months to draft a legal path to amnesty. "

Explain WHY, media members.
