(6,247 posts)I live here and even the local newscasters can't help but position themselves at the same two or three locations with every single storm and show the fucking palm fronds and heavy surf.
The population does not live on the ocean. We live west of the ocean. I've yet to see a broadcast from US 1, Dixie Hwy, or I-95.
I wish they could get a clue.
