Pssssssssssssssst there was a school shooting today

The student who tried to stop the shooter was killed - others were shot. It appears to be a non-event
<snip>
A student at a high school in rural Washington state opened fire outside a biology classroom on Wednesday, killing another student and wounding three others before being caught.

The shooting occurred at Freeman High School in the tiny town of Rockford, about 26 miles south of Spokane near the Idaho border.

"I was putting my backpack away and I heard a loud pop, and I turned around. He was walking around," Elisa Vigil, a 14-year-old freshman, told the Spokesman-Review.

"He had his pistol. His face was completely passive. He shot someone in the head. I crouched down in the hall. I looked up and a girl screamed, 'Help me, help me, help me.' The hall was empty. She was shot in the back. I looked to my right, and there was a boy and he was shot in the head."

...whos son was one of the very first school shooting victims in Moses Lake Washington. The son....Arnie Fritz....was 14 at the time. he (Arnie) was raising Goldens as a project to raise money for college. The mother of my puppies was Arnies first litter. His father carried on Arnies project out of love until he committed suicide years later on Arnies grave.

Who could possibly imagine that easy access to all of these guns could possibly be a problem?

There were signs the shooter was suicidal. He left notes.. very very sad..
A number of sources said the student who was killed, was a very good friend of the shooter. (one report said he was the shooter's best friend, and he was trying to stop the shooter...

might have been prevented....
