Trump will never change. Do not trust him EVER. He lies, changes his mind, is crazy, etc. THIS is who he is. Usually all talk and no action. Do NOT forget that the GOP needs to approve his"deal". He will tweet something contradictory every 30 seconds, try to instigate chaos in his wake and knows nothing about how the govt works and doesn't care enough to learn or go through the proper procedures.
