why isnt bernie's medicare for all paid for w corporate taxes?

seems to me this could end up revenue neutral for corps that now provide health insurance for their employees, while taxing those that dont do that now. win-win.
i dont know what that dollar amount is, but maybe someone here has that.

hoping the cbo score for this isnt totally whacked.

I would be fine with raising corporate tax rates as part of the funding. Seems like a good suggestion.
Was that your only objection? Great! Get on board!

the opposition to the aca will only get louder and stupider if we go full bore for single payer.
but it is prime time to discuss it. it's hard to argue that we should change the aca, but not look at single payer.

i dont have the numbers, but i have seen a few kicked around. not saying this should be the only revenue source, but seems to me that would cover a whooooole lot of people for the same money.
and it isnt totally outside their self interest. a healthier populace means a broader pool of workers. lots of talent out there on disability that doesnt have to be.
