Just the heat will be a tremendous problem with the power out. I was just reading on Weather Underground that the forecast for the next ten days is for the heat index to be near or above 100 degrees each day.

One of friends says to expect five times the original number.

In both islands the absence of electricity means lot of hospital equipment isn't working so folks who survived the hurricane won't get treatment.

Add to that the robberies that are yet to come because hungry and 'no light' are a bad mixture
