PUERTO RICO I just received this from a friend:

'Everyone spread the word if you are able to communicate with friends or family in Puerto Rico, please tell them to turn their cell phones off for ten seconds and then turn it back on. Verizon has unblocked all the wifi and people are able to make calls in Puerto Rico. Please spread the word or repost.'
