With all of the attention and praise heaped on McCain, Collins, Murkowski, etc., remember that Senate Democrats (including the most conservative among them) have closed ranks and that has made victory possible.
Also remember that if the seats held by McCain, Collins, Murkowski et al were held by Democrats instead of them, we wouldn't be fighting this battle in the first place.
Let's not fool ourselves. All of the above mentioned Senators are Republicans, and their presence in Congress gives Mitch McConnell the majority. We should not be lulled into thinking that there are acceptable Republicans. All Republicans should be targets for replacement!

But, its nice to acknowledge a little help from the other side.
We all know that doesn't mean we think its all going to be sweetness and light but, we don't have to be jerks either
