Graham-Cassidy . . . . . a real attempt at repeal or just Kabuki?

When it first came out I thought it was Kabuki. A plot involving McCain and Graham. Cassidy was a pawn to provide a veneer of plausibility.

What do you think?

Mostly Kabuki. There are several more GOP senators who would reluctantly step forward to become the “deciding vote” if needed.

The excess anxiety experienced by millions over this likely reduced their life expectancy. People will die younger!

In the republican playbook, that has to count as a win.
