I'm Confused - Trump Says They Have The Votes For Healthcare.....

says - they'll do this early next year. Keeps talking about a Senator in the hospital that's a 'yes' vote. Is he referring to McCain? or somebody else? McCain is a definate 'no' - unless it is put through in regular order. And I thought next year they are going to have to have 60 votes and it is subject to a filibuster.

What the hell is he talking about?

Trump hasn't the faintest idea how these things work. Or a lot of other things, for that matter.

Didn't McCain just win a 6 year term in 2016? Does the Governor of Arizona replace him? Or does McCain himself pass on the seat to either his wife or daughter? What is the process?

Will he/she give Trump the Senator that Trump and the Repugs need to pass their repeal and replace? Or will the Governor appoint someone that has the same ideals as McCain?

Apparently it's Sen. Cochran (Miss.) who is recuperating at home not in a hospital

Says he has the votes now but the stupid "filibuster rule" of 60 votes is stopping them.

When for the last 9 months they only needed 50. Just a bullshit taunt.

There are a couple of more potential NO votes in reserve. Under duress, these moderate Repubs would reluctantly cast the “deciding vote” needed to kill repeal. Those who went public this time were in strongest political position. I doubt Trump has any idea how the Senate really works.

They are not people with different points of view.

They are Nazis from hell.

They want all the power for themselves and their rich friends.

They would steal a stale slice of bread from the mouth of a homeless person just so that they can be sure no one else has anything.

We should be fighting a war against them.
