I have RWNJs in my family & they loathe liberals. They are fine posting "open season on libtards" graphics on their FB page & advocating the we should leave the country. It's an unprotected catch-all for blacks, Hispanics, gays, & uppity women. There is definitely a segment that if they could kill us all, they would.

7. onecent, what scares me is that my premonitions end up being justified

maybe 70% of the time. It might be because I absorb so much political news that somehow I internalize a conclusion that I cannot express.

In any case, I have cable TV. I was eating lunch watching MSNBC, and the screen went black. The TV started doing all of this weird stuff, and finally a test for the national emergency broadcast system came on. After it was over, the TV remained dark for 5 minutes.

I am 59 years old soon. I've never seen this happen. Never. Why now? I'm probably just paranoid, but I sure have to question why this is the first time I've ever seen this. Local alert tests are done frequently, but never national.

I am 72 years old, widowed for 10 years, and I get scared OF EVERYTHING.

I saw one of these cable news things (this morning).....and the first time I saw the first one was around 10:00
during MSNBC stuff...and I froze in my tracks.....and it stayed blank. I didn't know if something
was coming toward KC or not.

This is getting to be a very scary world... I used to think my dad was getting worried in his old age,
but as I am ageing, I feel scared about the things that are happening NOW....that don't even seem like what my father felt...like
Elvis and not being able to move his lower body, and stuff like that....
