white wingers, etc., walking around armed.

While you might not know any of those types, it's hard to argue the majority of gunners aren't white wingers, or just don't care about society as long as they have a gun or two strapped to their body.

Not all people are racists! Not all gun owners are racist. It is not hard to argue the gun owners are not "white wingers" (what ever that is). Gun owners are growing even among Democrats. Gun owners are not vigilantes running around ready to shoot. The pic are getting dated. They are a vaudeville routine in a Saturday Night Live world.

bullies, ready to take advantage of a disaster or government down-fall, one lapse from shooting innocent people, etc.

To keep the few who might not be like the majority from whining, we have to allow these losers to arm up:

by accepting the ad that promotes or implies "mail-order" concealed permits. I'll admit, there are ads on msn that look like scams, but to me, this is different. I am not anti-gun, but believe there should be more control over who owns and carries.

After completing the course a person needs to send an application to the state of Virginia, including a photo and fingerprint card from a law enforcement agency.

I do agree that, imo, this course is insufficient. Every carry course should include a hands on pass/fail component. Virginia believes otherwise.

but it's encouraging people to bypass their own state's laws. I'd expect this on Brietbart, etc, but not MSN.
