Stumbled across an ad for this on MSN. Pretty irresponsible on their part, far as I'm concerned.

Not all people are racists! Not all gun owners are racist. It is not hard to argue the gun owners are not "white wingers" (what ever that is). Gun owners are growing even among Democrats. by accepting the ad that promotes or implies "mail-order" concealed permits. I'll admit, there are ads on msn that look like scams, but to me, this is different. I am not anti-gun, but believe there should be more control over who owns and carries.

After completing the course a person needs to send an application to the state of Virginia, including a photo and fingerprint card from a law enforcement agency.

I do agree that, imo, this course is insufficient. Every carry course should include a hands on pass/fail component. Virginia believes otherwise.
