Can we have a mass demonstration nationwide in early November?
I'm in no position to organize this but I would hope I'm not the only one to think trump's election "victory" is something to be commemorated with large scale protest. It seems it would be a good occasion to draw together all the streams of protest against him and his administration.
It's been my contention that we should be pushing for massive demonstrations, given the amount of opposition this thoroughly corrupt man and his administration has engendered (not to mention the repubs in general). It should be easy to attract massive crowds to major cities including Washington, and relentless massive protests are, in my opinion, the only thing that can stop the insanity.
Who could organize this? Are you part of an organization that has the pull to get this ball rolling? Can you speak to people who have such power and pull. Could these people talk to other groups with similar influence to bring us all together in protest?
We are on the brink of calamity with new tragedies and travesties occurring daily. What better time?
