Please exercise or find some way to get rid of these non-stop stress-inducing happenings.
It's been a horrible nine-months but the last month has been too much for most of us to bear.

a while. Still blue. It was gusty today, and the grasshoppers have eaten
so much---a lonely, far away day.
Maybe tomorrow I'll smile again.
I'm usually a very buoyant person.

(63,836 posts)you are correct, please DU'ers take care of yourselves, breathe deep and try to do something non stressful something that you enjoy, gardening, give money to your favourite charity, pet your animal, talk a walk, some examples.
We need to remain strong. We see many injustices and the hypocrisy out there we must beat this/them.
Plus we can lean on each other here which is very important.

(4,492 posts)Not sure if you're in an area with one or if you're a cat person. But if you have one in your neck of the woods, visit a cat cafe. Sip a cup of coffee/tea and play with kitties.
