Extreme vetting is reserved for non-white urban dwellers. And if they happen to also be non-Christian the vetting is even more extreme.

In the last seven years we have about 110 people killed by angry loners and 52 killed by people that claimed allegiance to ISIL. So if one looks at odds, why not extreme vet such guys?
