1516 mass shootings in 1735 days

... there were six other mass shootings in America this past week alone.

Data compiled by the Gun Violence Archive reveals .. there is a mass shooting – defined as four or more people shot in one incident, not including the shooter – every nine out of 10 days on average.

Apparently, we have to accept this way of life. Any community can morph into a war zone at any moment. I guess it's only fitting, since the USA is responsible for so many war zones across the globe. That's how I'm starting to make sense of and accept our current state of affairs.
