The majority of the Nevada population voted for more strict gun laws and he is going against their votes! He will not enact what they already voted for! If I honestly wrote what I wish for him I would probably get banned from DU forever. HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!?!?!?!?!?

6. Another Intellectual Lightweight Riding the Coattails of His Name

He is the grandson of a former NV governor. His mother was a rethug aide in DC who had an affair with Pete Dominici of NM and gave birth to Adam. Dominici didn't acknowledge that Adam was his son until 2013 or so.

Adelson got him elected to prevent the vastly superior candidate, Ross Miller (D), from getting elected Attorney General. State AG is pretty impressive for a first political job. Too bad he refuses to actually do it.

7. An interesting thing about

him is that Adam Laxalt is the love-child of Senator Laxalt's daughter and Senator Pete Domenici, R-NM. Domenici died a couple of weeks ago. He had 8 children with his wife. Pete claimed that his affair with Laxalt's daughter was a one night stand. That one night created one of the most rabid right-wingers on the planet

Adam Laxalt's moter is Paul Laxalt's daughter Michelle, and his dad is...wait for it...former New Mexico Senator Pete Domenici, who was cheating on his wife with her-Michelle was a 24 year-old Republican staffer at the time-and who didn't acknowledge Adam as his son until 2013, when he was 80 and Adam was 35.

Every mass shooting gets huge media attention and put 21st century numbness and lack of purpose by so many to the test. They may find a wild west ending in a shooting incident and then top it off with a suicide to frustrate those who want to know why. They win. The NRA wins. Gun fanatics win. Suicide wins. Hate wins.
