If they say there was, demand they show the reliable source. If it isn't rock solid, say so, and say this shows they have no idea what is reliable. Use it to cast doubt on that person's reliability all the time. If they don't come up with a reliable source, then remember this, and use itr against them the next time they bullshit. Build up the picture of how useless they are.
