Since Trump has been president, he golfs only on courses he owns. He stays only in hotels he owns. He charges the Secret Service for the use of his own property - at full rack rate.

If in 2019, a possible Democratic majority were to convince enough Republicans to help provide a veto-proof majority on a bill requiring any president who owns golf courses, hotels, resorts or other lodging to comp the government for all rooms, golf carts and other facilities used while the president is in residence, and to provide meals at the restaurant's cost plus five percent overhead, Trump would resign the next day.
