Frank Sinatra told Donald Trump to go f*** himself

Frank Sinatra told Donald Trump to “go f*** himself” after the now-President took issue with the singer's financial demands, a new book has claimed.

Old Blue Eyes was due to perform at the opening of Mr Trump’s Atlantic City casino in 1990 when the magnate was said to have told him his costs were “a little rich”

On hearing the news, Sinatra gave his manager Elliot Weisman - who has written the new book - two options, either to pass his message to Mr Trump or give him his number and he would do it himself.

According to Weisman's book, Mr Trump also cut the support acts including Sinatra’s dying friend Sammy Davis Jr.

He didn't understand Sinatra and thought he was bigger than Sinatra.

Big mistake.

He was generous to a fault and not a bit ostentatious about his money. His house in Palm Springs was just a house. He was always doing things quietly to help musiciaians who were down and out. The thing about Trump is he has no respect for law at all. A contract is a contract and can only be breached by mutual consent or other very narrow grounds. You don't sign it unless you are willing to pay it.

Two-scoops may have gotten away with stiffing his contractors left and right, but there'd be consequences to trying to underpay Sinatra.

How history would have been changed if anybody, take your pick - McCain, Bush, even Hillary - had taken the same position as ol' blue eyes. Instead, they all tried to treat him like he was a normal candidate. They were shocked that Trump would say horrible things and belittle them. They should have told him in public to go fuck himself. That would have been refreshing.

Jerry Lewis: pretty much the worst guy who ever lived, according to the DU.

Hugh Hefner: the other worst guy who ever lived, awful exploiter of women.

But Frank Fucking Sinatra, because he wanted a lot of money to perform and the person who thought so happens to be Trump, is now the greatest guy who ever lived.

Don't ever change, DU. The world needs the crazy.

And i never said sinatra is the greatest guy ever. Just like i don't think bob corker is the greatest senator ever.

I just enjoy anyone telling trump off.

I know trump supporters don't like that.

Who knows all the crap Frank did? It's not good, I can assure you. He was not a nice person. But did he let this asswipe Trump steamroll him, accept less, and then maybe Trump would not pay him what was contracted after he performed? No, he told Trump to go fuck himself. You see, Frank could do that. Poor people that worked for Trump and contractors could not. They tried to be nice people, trusted Trump and then Trump bent them over and screwed them in the ass. Not Frank. The story says a lot about Trump. He's a real dick and you have to have money and power to tell him to go himself. Frank did. End of story.
