I realize he's never ever had to live like a plebeian but to praise towels as "beautiful" and "soft" - those aren't the qualities consumers want from their damned dead tree wiper-uppers! How can a man that watches so much T.V. not know that good paper towels are supposed to be "Strong" and "Absorbent"?
