Our country has been unsuccessfully dealing with North Korea for 25 years, giving billions of dollars & getting nothing. Policy didn't work!
Don't know whether he thinks his deplorable supporters can't remember his similar tweets on the subject, or if he can't remember them.
Or maybe this is just becoming his standard morning saber-rattling, maybe during his morning dump.
Or maybe he thinks it makes him seem more powerful to post this dangerous nonsense, after Corker took him apart so well yesterday, on Twitter and in that NYT interview.

I might be wrong but it looks like a diversion attempt.
No one will follow him in war against NK...
He thinks he can apply same tricks as Bush, Cheney et al
He don't or won't understand, the situations are totally different, as is the current context and does not involve the same weapons.
Besides the context, Bush has a credibility as leader on the international stage. Not exactly Trump's case...
