Stumps file class action suit to make referring to Trump as "Dumb As A Stump" an illegal act

Washington DC: Following this morning's MSNBC segment on Morning Joe, Trump ‘so out of it’ he doesn’t understand how close he is to impeachment, many Americans are referring to the President as "Dumb As A Stump." His own Secretary of State has already allegedly referred to him as a "fucking moron," but many in the stump community feel that the current descriptor has crossed a line.
CNN spoke with Joey, a stump from the new advocacy group, #StumpsNotTrump. He shared the following remarks:
"Look, I know a lot of people think "that's just a stump, who cares, and stumps don't have feelings," right? Well, we do. We're just trying to live simple, peaceful, productive lives. We mind our own business, and people sit on us all the time, no matter how large their ass might be. And do we complain? No, we don't. But when people compare a confessed sexual predator to us, we feel that we must invoke libel and slander laws in the highest courts in the land. That's how we arrived at #StumpsNotTrump. We are filing a class action suit to make it a criminal offense, in clear violation of the standing libel and slander laws, to compare us to Donald J. Trump.
You can call him anything else you'd like. I know the term "Shitgibbon" has become popular. Great! Go with that. His own Secretary of State called him a "fucking moron," and I ask you...do you have any evidence whatsoever that he is not? This man "allegedly" has participated in tax fraud, not paying contractors, discriminatory housing practices, adultery, and has said that he regrets not being able to date his own daughter but he still kisses her whenever he can..."allegedly"...and I'm a stump. I sit in the forest and chill. You tell me how you equate Donald Trump with me. Go on. Tell me."
