There is no way he didn't know in advance that SF players would be protesting. He has, therefore, politicized and dishonored the anthem, the flag and everything associated with them just as badly - if not worse - as he and Trump have said the players have.

I know there was a monetary cost to this detour. But, to me, that's beside the point. These guys do everything - to a higher degree and worse - that they accuse the left of doing, and still claim to be squeaky clean. The hypocrisy is almost electric.
