Yes, Weinstein is a pig, but why did Trump get such a pass on the same behavior? smirkymonkey Oct 2017 #1

I've been thinking exactly the same thing. First Cosby, then Weinstein, then Trump: a crescendo. fierywoman Oct 2017 #3

I really don't get it. He is the president and should be held to much higher standards, yet nobody seems to be bothered by this at all. Why? He is a disgusting, sexist pig at best and a rapist at worst. Why is he off the hook while Weinstein is getting crucified in the media?

Trump? Weinstein's harassments have been known about for years and are finally coming out now. I'm wondering if this is unravelling now to set the stage for another front with which to attack Trump and remove him from office in case Mueller is unsuccessful and Congress doesn't impeach Trump. Just a thought.
