including crawling into bed with him, standing by the toilet, getting into the shower with him, nothing can stop him.

What has to be done is a change in protocols, if only for Trump's tenure where there is an other layer of orders between him and the order to launch.

Here's what you have to worry about: Putin punks Trump by falsely claiming that Trump launched and using that "excuse" to unload on this country in "retaliation". If Trump's using the Nixon playbook of "crazy president," Putin could leverage that situation to his advantage. MAD, my ass.

Time is of the essence in the Nuclear War game. The President goes around constantly with a military guy carrying a satchel called "the football", which is used to launch our nukes as quickly as possible.

This is why historically we have always sought to choose sober, levelheaded individuals who know what the fuck they are doing for this responsibility, instead of bat-shit-crazy moronic toddlers like Donald Trump.

And anyway, when was the last time Congress actually declared a war with anyone? That's right: 1941.

war in 2002. And I believe Desert Storm also can be thrown into that mix.

Was the Korean War approved by Congress?

I just hope and pray this madman is taken down by Mueller before we get that far down the nuclear road.

Korea and Vietnam were undeclared wars which led to Congress to passing that Act over Richard Nixon's veto.

The War Powers Act gives the President blanket authority to deploy troops, etc., to wherever he deems necessary under certain restrictions, including a time limit after which Congress must issue a real war declaration.

The last formal war declaration that Congress has ever made in this country was against Japan in 1941 following the bombing of Pearl Harbor.

To remove this toxic bastard from office. They are spelled right out in the Constitution.

We just have to make absolutely sure that all responsible parties take them.

Does not involve other nations taking pre-emptive action, or them removing the threat directly...

Those were the posts I replied to.

KFC is a legal product, so it’s not like you’re being threatening or anything

You don't get to be a general in the armed services by letting an idiot destroy your career
and pension. I am sure the Joint Chiefs have had some serious discussions about what
they are going to do, and have pulled in congressional support.

I am sure they are all moving to self-preservation mode.

Even our leaders who do not care about what happens to the U.S., they do care about their own skins.
Power, prestige and money.

As I said, I grew up in the military so I know how the system works.
Right now I feel certain, the 4 stars are being slick and charming to Tump.
But behind his back they are making plans.
