I have some friends who tried to stop the renewal of a Sinclair TV station about a decade ago - something that could be done once upon a time. Their claim was lack of local coverage and distorted news. In these days of the post card renewal form they did even get to first base.

Now if he issues some sort of executive order or something trying ro regulate those things... then maybe you've got a 1st Amendment case.
