"Trump opens DOJ investigation into Weinsteins culture of abuse one day after Tucker Carlson

suggested it"

https://www.rawstory.com/2017/10/trump-opens-doj-investigation-into-weinsteins-culture-of-abuse-one-day-after-tucker-carlson-suggests-it/?comments=disqus

"Last night on Fox News, host Tucker Carlson called on the Department of Justice to open an investigation into “Hollywood’s culture of systematic sexual abuse” in light of mounting accusations of sexual abuse and harassment against film producer Harvey Weinstein.

Today, it appears that President Donald Trump heeded Carlson’s advice.

As the Daily Mail reports, Trump’s DOJ is opening an investigation into Weinstein amid reports that the producer may head to Europe for “sex rehab,” leading to fears that he may “pull a Roman Polanski” and flee the country to avoid prosecution for his alleged crimes."

Pot, meet kettle. This guy is just unreal. I can't believe what nerve he has.

I have heard stories about this sort of thing going back to silent movies. It has been a part of Holywood wince the first lady was tied up on a railroad track. Why is everyone so shocked? Maybe it isn't talked about so much now, but this is old news IMO. I am NOT saying it is ok or that it should be encouraged, but it is nothing to open up a justice department investigation over unless they add Trump in there.

This whole thing is part of the new upside down world imo.

punished for it, but there is something about all the media hype about this that doesn't sit well with me. I can't stand sexual predators of any persuasion, but this just seems like overkill. It's not like this isn't a common thing in the industry, in business or in politics.

This has been going on forever and it is everywhere, not just Hollywood. Why is everyone all of a sudden acting so shocked? I also don't think it was ok that he acted like that, but people are acting like he killed someone. What he did sounds like nothing new at all.
