an even greater urgency to remove drumpf and his America destroying cabinet from office. It is unconscionable and unbelievable that there citizens of this country that actually think like this.

Because of how polluted it was. I remember being told not to eat the fish out of the Mohawk River that I was fishing in because the river was so badly polluted.

I remember the trip around the country on a vacation with my parents and seeing all the garbage alongside the road in going through cities that were spewing out black smoke that you knew couldn't be good for anybody.

This is not the kind of country I want my grandchildren to grow up in. Although there's so much more left to do, we've come so far and so many worked so hard to clean up the lakes, rivers, the roads and the air to let go of the progress made.

showing how bad pollution had been. I wish I could find that particular issue; it should be a national treasure.

This isn't the one I was thinking of, but it's bad enough -- https://books.google.com/books?id=s1IEAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA38&source=gbs_toc_r&cad=2#v=onepage&q&f=false
