long time. I just called my pharmacy and my Xanax refill is ready for pick up (in the nick of time). This administration is going to make the opiod epidemic worse due to their actions. Who wants to live in this reality/nightmare 24/7 if they can get something that will give them peace of mind temporarily.

for 8 hours of sleep. I haven't slept well since 11/8/16. I'm reading on DU that I'm not alone.

I doubt that the Americans in Puerto Rico have any confidence in things improving. Same for people of color or those sweating DACA or those negatively impacted by decreasing health care or the homeless and those living in inadequate housing . . . There are far too many of us who really might not live long enough to see the other side of this morass, and that reality is utterly unconscionable. Hell, I'm a couple of months from 70 and I understand that I'll likely not be around for some of the desired corrections; the poisoning of the Supreme Court alone is going to impact for generations.
