Almost 5 years since I've had a drink or cigarette

and the orange menace is making me rethink that.

It's not just Trump either. It's facebook, twitter, the Russians, the Alt-right, and your general morons.

I'm too old to remain optimistic about how this will all be better in a few decades.

And the worst part? This country will not learn its lesson.

She had a few drinks and then asked another friend to give her a cigarette. Oh man, it was BAD!
She almost passed out! She even had to call in sick from work the next day because she was throwing up all night. DON'T do it!
I do agree with what you wrote. What's going on is insane and yes, it's really hard to be optimistic.

and I will back up her story.
I was incredibly dizzy, got sick but was able to sleep it off. I had had only a half a glass of beer when I had a smoke.

That was about 45 years ago - I learned my lesson.

That nicotine is baaaaaaad stuff.

and it effecting them physically too. I think alcohol and opiod use has increased since Nov. 8th. We can't handle constant horrible news and the roller coaster craziness every day.

this fake prez is a hater in chief just what the Mayor of Puerto Rico said, he doesn't care who he hurts, he's emotionless and the Congress critters are just as bad. I hope all that greed chokes them and him.

Getting back to the question, we got to remain steadfast and ready for the fight, Putin coached him very well. They are trying to chip away at our way of life.

Mostly because I'm going to fight Orange Lincoln Rockwell until he's evicted from a place he had no business occupying.

Trust me on this. It's way too easy to fall back into bad habits. You think "Just one", but it never is.

Alcohol enhances the current mood of an individual or distorts the mood.

Please take care and great job on the almost five years.
