all this talk about pre existing conditions, what about "the elderly", what is the elderly?

I am almost 60, i expect my ins premiums to at least dbl with the bill. I also expect the ins co's to define the elderly as those 55 and above.

I wanna hear some media heads talk about that.

If you can't afford insurance, and you develop health issues, you will die. If you HAVE insurance and develop health issues, you will go bankrupt trying to pay the deductibles, co-pays and non covered items, and not be able to pay for food and shelter. It's a slightly slower death but for them, the end justifies the means.

among the very affluent right that if you are not a mega-millionaire by 50 you re a useless eater, and may as well be let out to pasture, with no expensive measures to be taken for your survival.

Pretty sure acne can't kill 58 people and then you kill yourself with it.
