For a man who applies clever nicknames to his adversaries...
"Fuckin' Moron" is perfect. It's short, dead-on, and flows off the tongue along with a referential gesture of the thumb.
Best of all, that handle doesn't come from Hillary Rotten Clinton, Lyin' Ted, or Little Marco. He can't even blame Rocket Man for it. This one is complements of his own camp.
It just hadn't occurred to me until tonight how apt and deserving this nickname is.
