Sudan Out, Chad In

In one of Keith Olberman's last few videos, he mocked the buffoon-in-chief for his failure to answer, or even intelligently comment on, a reporter's question why Sudan was removed from the latest travel ban and Chad was added.

I found this online: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41388570, which didn't really answer the question. It raised the question of a proposed fine on Exxon Mobil of billions of dollars that Exxon Mobil has avoided paying, but said there was no proof that this was the reason.

This article - http://www.npr.org/2017/09/26/553799094/amended-travel-ban-threatens-u-s-military-relations-with-chad - raises more questions than it answers.

WTF?
