Didn't he recuse himself months ago? I am glad FUSION GPS isn't complying with Nunes specifically. He already gave 10 hours testimony to the Senate and his lawyers also gave their permission to release the transcripts to the public on Aug 28th. Grassley and Hatch both said they would be willing to release it if the others on the committee agreed. Nunes is working for 45 and is NEVER to be trusted...he broke the rules by going to the White House and not via his committee.

He faked the recusal. He has even issued subpoenas with no other committee members involved or knowing about it until it hits the papers.

His presence on the committee should make their entire investigation null and void since he tainted it.
