The "W" Dump

I take little consolation in hearing the second worst President ever, slamming the current title holder. If it weren't for Dump, "W" would still reign supreme. Perhaps he should just say "Thank you" and ooze back into his disgraced anonymity and continue painting pictures of his accomplishments - disfigured war veterans.

To me that speaks volumes about "country before party". America needs more unity and less division at the moment. The five living ex-presidents are modeling that, and providing good examples for all citizens, I'd say.

When taken alone and not surrounded by the evilest of men, he may have a boyish, simpleton's conscience, and may actually feel remorse

I always thought W actually believed all those crazy things he said. That's not the kindest thing I've ever said about anybody, but it does give him a level of sincerity we don't see today.

I see it as atonement to abate his demon tortured soul. It’s possible "W" may actually have something Dump will never possess, a conscience.

he was a freaking disaster.

He was, in fact, illegitimate, twice, in my opinion.

His response to 9/11 was, and continues to be, a disaster.

He is, in fact, a war criminal.

As I said in another thread, we cannot condone the rehabilitation of GWB.

I denounce the obamas and the clintons, and anyone else, for doing so.

We do not need GWB to deal with trump.

I will never, ever, forgive GW Bush for using the national tragedy of 9/11 to wage a war based on lies in Iraq which opened a Pandora's box of horrors still plaguing the world.

When he left office I had to let out some of my rage by writing this poem of what I would say to his face if I could:

I'd tell you to go fuck yourself
But that is much too kind
Because if you could perform that feat
You'd take pleasure in your behind

I'd like to say eat shit and die
But you deserve much more
You should suffer all the grief and pain
Of your misbegotten war

Though I can never make you think
Or feel, or understand
I'll take solace when you hear your name
Cursed throughout the land

From inside a lonely prison cell
Dark and bare and cold
Where every day you pay for your crimes
Until you're sick, heartbroken, and old

Then when you finally leave the earth
You fucked over oh so well
If there is a God and afterlife
You're going straight to hell

Bush, Cheney, et al must never be normalized or accepted. They are war criminals who have escaped justice and continue to live lives of wealth and privilege.

If we had a parliamentary democracy Bush's party of somewhat sane Republicans like Brett Stephens, David Frum, Steve Schmidt, Rick Wilson, and , gasp, Bill Kristol would be junior partners in an anti-Trump majority coalition.

Democrats would win 45% of the seats
"Sane Republicans" would win 20% of the seats
Trump National Socialists would win 35% of the seats.

While some may have moral issues in using such a tool, others will not in order to achieve goals and to continue to try and change minds and sway some back to some sense of normalcy and reality.

With so many living in such an utter state of oppressiveness, we'll use what we can to claw back with.

the only thing that will stop trump is continued mass demonstrations (MUCH more than we are seeing now). bush has nothing to do with that.
