Call Congress!
I just phoned my two Senators and my Representative. I called their DC offices and got right through in each case. That’s bad. Often when we are opposing a bill, I can’t get through to the DC offices. I call LA or San Francisco, San Diego or Sacramento. At least at those times I know my fellow citizens are on the phone, too.
My issues today were about the budget and the fact Trump has done nothing further on Russia sanctions despite an Oct. 1 deadline. It could have been CHIP or the hurricane response. I’m definitely battle worn and realize I’m probably not alone in that, but come on! Light up those lines! Oppose this budget!
