Everyday I wonder how much more can we take. How much longer till the midterms? How many hateful Republicans won't be able to vote by then?

5. I kinda see that as a negative.

It was fun watching him, but it was kind of a sugar high. He's a far right near-Teabagger and now he's not right enough for the nut jobs in the AZ primaries. AZ electing a Diem senator is a Hail Marry pass at best. So that means that woman (what's her name) who is worse than Roy Moore will get the nomination and like a Senate seat.

I wish it weren't so.

8. Did you read his speech? I recommend DU'ers

read it. It was masterful, statesmanlike and very anti-Trump. I find that to be good news. His announcement that he won't run again? Well that in itself is equivocal at best. No knowing what effect it'll have, but his anti-Trump speech can't be anything but good.

He always said to worry when the 'News' is good. 'News' by its very nature is the odd or exceptional. I should normally be bad.

And there is actually lots of good economic news lately thanks to the legacy of President Obama. I expect that to change soon
