4. My partner and I think that we'll see Manafort go down Monday

I think that Flynn has already flipped for immunity. I think that Flynn Jr might be to stupid or arrogant to play along, but I think Flynn is talking and Manafort has been lying, hence the raid. Manafort also looks to be the weak link; I think that he's afraid enough of prison that he'll talk. I also think the whole reason for announcement on a Friday that things will happen on Monday is a play by Mullier to see who either comes running for a deal, or tries to flee over the weekend.
