It's a possibility since it came out this past week that Mueller's investigation had branched out to include Tony Podesta and The Podesta Group due to their Russian activities and past relationship with Manafort.

If I had to bet on Monday, I will go with Manafort for some financial crimes from the years before he was with Trump's campaign. Sounds like he was moving large amounts of money around and not reporting it properly, mostly around 2012-2013 from what I have read.

waiting a long time for Podesta to be indicted and for this to turn into a ‘Democrat Scandal’.

Am aware Mueller looking at things related to Podesta but as you remember Podesta’s emails got hacked so my speculation it has something to do with that? Time will tell. If Podesta truly did something wrong than so be it.

Def with you on Manafort prediction. Could be on relatively new stuff as well. Also could be Flynn and or Flynn Jr. I think all of them know where the bodies are buried. They have a lot to tell the investigators. Doubt any of them are up for going to prison to protect Donald Trump.

You are thinking of John Podesta with reference to the hacked emails, he was the Clinton Campaign Chairman, different person.

I'm talking about Tony Podesta, John's brother. Mueller has been looking into the operation he runs, The Podesta Group, and how they were intertwined with both Manafort and Gates's work with the Pro-Russian Ukrainian political party they were both lobbying for back in 2014. I feel like their biggest fault might be they didn't properly register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which lately seems to be an "oops, I'll do that retroactively since you noticed" kind of thing lately even though it can be seen as a felony under current federal law.

Velveteen Ocelot writes:

"From this article it looks like the investigation of the Podesta Group might be a way of getting more dirt on Manafort. The fact that Anthony Podesta is John's brother is fodder for the RW, but it doesn't look like he's one of Mueller's targets."

Have been in tweets, those two are having a meltdown, I don't know if they know something we don't but stones freak out and the dumpfs "Do Something!!!" speak of desperation, unlike I've ever seen before.

Makes me think it's somebody VERY close to them, it's going to be epic tomorrow, can't miss TV!.
