Mueller inflicted a mortal wound today....but it is important to watch what happens next

Does trump inject himself and try to pardon or any other such intervention?

Or.....

Does trump say "see ya Paul".

I don't think it is by mistake that Mueller did it this way....trump won't be able to function if he has involvement here.

Mueller will jump on it as obstruction.
Dems will finally unify around it.
RePutins will be paralyzed because a few more will defect.

The GOP has all of the power here. ALL of it. Majority House, Majority Senate - and - they can always do what they did with Garland's Usurper and the recent Tax Bill they sent back to the House - just change the rules to a simple majority and take the this mother fucker down.

Also if we win the House with sufficient numbers for impeachment and the Senate...without sufficient numbers for conviction, there is no point in impeaching Trump...you need a Senate that will convict. Pres Clinton was impeached but not convicted in the Senate...and the GOP had a blood bath of an election the next time...Gingrich resigned in fact.

impeachment. Also, there is no point in impeaching the president unless we have the votes both in the House for impeachment and in the Senate for conviction. If you can't get Trump out of office what would be the point...and stop complaining about Democrats.

the house and the senate...we can't get rid of Trump? If we win the house and don't get the senate or have a small majority...we can't convict Trump so impeachment is a waste of time unless the GOP are on board...which is very doubtful...so what does it matter? It is very unlikely we will get a sufficient majority in the Senate to convict Trump with Democrats alone.

Agreed.

Meanwhile, Mueller can keep him very very busy. And RePutins in Congress who are actively obstructing justice can expect Mueller to expose them before the mid-term.

Lewis "Scooter" Libby hung in there, and successfully thwarted Fitzmas by obstructing the prosecution of everyone else. Then the lying criminal Bush bastard commuted his sentence and they all walked away free.

This time, Manafort and the Orange Asshole also have the help of the Kremlin. Putin won't hesitate to have any useful witnesses killed.
