This is OJ Simpson in his car, trying to escape the police, June 17, 1994. The escape, which was broadcast on TV coast to coast lasted oh, an hour..I don't know...well they captured OJ and put him in jail eventually, and recently..he got off after serving ..?? years....

10. That kid George Papadopoulos tried such a thing, except via airplane.

He was nabbed after arriving at Dulles Airport in DC, this past July, in an apparent attempt to flee the country. After he'd closed his Facebook page (the one reportedly containing a lot of Russian messages) and setting up a nice new clean Facebook page, canceling his cell phone and getting a new one with a new number, and then heading toward the airport. Where he was taken into custody. And started singing like Pavarotti, evidently.
