Does anybody here read the whole thing? It's only like 15-20 pages to go through each of the three released today.

In fact, seizure of money often is done with no charges being filed. Of course, that is for people who have little other than the cash in their pockets, not for people with millions in multiple accounts or wealthy friends who might help them fight to get their money back.

...and you are correct; it's done for far less when the plebs are involved.

Sometimes even during a simple traffic stop.

So arguing against prosecution of a creep like doesn’t equate to affection for the accused.

I doubt he likes these Trump people but simply argues that they have civil rights just like the rest of us do. If a prosecutor can ride roughshod over Trump and Manafort then he surely will do the same to those we like, such as Hillary. I think we should cut him slack when he defends the accused.

Passport? Who needs one with his private jet friends who have handsomely paid off those who might report such travel?

Assuming his assets are not available by being locked up in various sketchy banks like Cyprus.

He has major Ukrainian and Russian oligarch connections. He owes them AND they owe him for entree into the river of money via real estate here just to cite one avenue.

I suspect he is quaking and feels in danger of the Russian mob and could be in that crowd of "suspicious" deaths of those who might have a reason to squeal on Putin or others.
