The only thing that would stop it is the Madman blowing the entire investigation up at this point.

No sense in indicting them now unless you just want to make Trump look bad politically sense he will certainly try to fire Mueller if he does. Wait until the end of the investigation when Mueller will have a strong legal case against Trump not just make him look bad politically.
